My forms are not being emailed to my email address

    I have two forms and they both have stopped being sent to my emails

    the reservation form is supposed to send an email to (

    and the contact form is supposed to go to (

    This happened about two or three months ago and it took you about three weeks to figure it out.

    I purchased an upgrade for the reservations form for 1000 forms per month last week and I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

    Thank you for contacting us for support, I am more than happy to help out. I did a bounce check for both emails and here are the results.


    Result: is IN the bounce list 
    Reason(s) : hard-bounce is NOT in the unsubscribe list


    Result: is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : hard-bounce is NOT in the unsubscribe list

    It appears that both emails were in the bounce list for the same reason. If you experience issues like this again you can reference this thread that will show you how to get it remove. You should also reference this thread so that it will provide you with some information on how to keep your email addresses out of the bounce list.

    I have gone ahead and removed both emails from the list so you should be fine at this point in time. Feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
