How do I switch my account from SSL to not SSL?

    I just signed up for JotForm a few days ago. I'm supposed to have 170 submissions, but our account is being disabled after 9 SSL submissions? How do I change the account from SSL submissions to NON-SSL submissions, so we can use the rest of our submissions?

    I see that your website is embedded with a secured JotForm. You'll need to disable the option Secure Form in the Embed Form wizard and make sure that the JotForm URL starts with http://form...

    Now, embed your form on your website again. I'm resetting the SSL submission counter for you and activating your account so that you can receive the submissions further. Please be noted that this can be done only once per account.

    Ok- I disabled the secure form option, and we're still having issues saying that we are over our limit for submissions?

    Okay. I see that the JotForms are embedded on your webpage without SSL now. But I think in the meantime you should have received some SSL submissions which might cause the issue. I've taken care of this and you should be able receive submissions normally.

    Still having issues with the form. I don't know what's going on? We've disabled the SSL form. But it still says we are over quota? Very frustrating!

    I am sorry to know that. However, I don't see any new SSL submissions since my last reset. Please recollect if any of your JotForms are shared using SSL other than on your website. I've reset the SSL counter to zero now from the last reset number. Please check and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this further.
