Hi,
Thank your for contacting us for support. I did some checks on the PDF reports and everything seems to be in order. It appears that you are experiencing some cache issues with your browser. You can try clearing your browser cache to see if that will help.
It appears that this is a common issue at this time, so I have passed this information on to our development team for them to check this aspect of Jotform for any inconsistencies. Once an update is being provided, I will update your thread with such information. I hope that there is a resolution for this problem soon and I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
Thanks

Any word on this? I tried clearing my cache in both chrome and internet explorer with no result. It was working fine last week after your last post, but started with problems again this morning.

Hello KerriOutFood544,
Do you continue to have this issue? It seems that you have confirmed on the following thread that this issue was resolved : https://www.jotform.com/answers/495085
As per the information we have from our back end team, this issue was already resolved. I did try to download one of your form's submission in PDF and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to download submission in PDF without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
With which browser you are having this issue with? I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and try again.
If the issue persists, do get back to us with a screenshot of your PDF and we will take a look. The following guide should help you on how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
Does this issue happen with any specific form and submission or with all the forms?
We will wait for you response.
Thank you!
