Recently our University upgraded its spam filter and now we aren't receiving any email notifications. They aren't even showing up in our spam accounts. They are just flat out not reaching us at all. The IT department said they can add Jotforms to the whitelist but it doesn't help because we use various sender emails that don't show up as Jotforms. What should be added to the whitelist so emails can get through?

Thanks for reporting.
I have checked your sender email and recipient email from the bounce list and they aren't there. Checking from our server logs, they seemed to be delivered normally. Check the screenshot below.
You can also check this email status on your account under Email History. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
Here are the IPs and domains that needs to be white listed if necessary, https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you!
