How can I show certain questions based on location per survey?

We'll be providing our survey to various locations, and some questions toward the middle of the survey only pertain to certain locations and not all. How can we ensure questions only appear for offices they're connected with? Is there a way to code this?

You can use conditional logic in your form to show the questions based on the selected Office in your form. Please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

Please note that you need to use a drop-down field in your form instead of the HTML field you're currently using so you can properly create the conditions in your form.
