Can I create a form that when a pull down option is chosen, it creates a specific database in a next field/menu?

For example, if I have a field labeled 'Territory', which has a drop down menu of Northeast, Southeast etc.  If 'Southeast' is chosen in the drop down menu, then a specific database is brought up in the next field?

    Hi,

Though I am unsure what you are referring to by creating a specific database in the next field, it is possible to show specific fields based on selections in your form.  This is done with conditional logic:

Here is a quick test form I setup to show you what I mean:

You can do the same thing with whole sections of fields as well.
