Unable to submit form. Why is my account suspended?

    Hello syrianyoungman,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "#50128842205145" has fields like "Email & Pass" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing. Please check the screenshot below:

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. This form must be deleted before we can activate your account again.
