    Hi dear jotform!

i have designed a form and i believe i didn't check the "secure form" in the embedding section (i have used the iFrame code) ... but somehow i have reached the SSL limitation and the whole account is being suspended! how can i revive the account and make it not to use SSL again!

we are in some king of hurry to bring the form back online!

    thanx for helping!

PS: I have checked the iFrame code and i found that the embedded link was in ssl form... i have change it back to non-ssl but my account is still suspended and i have 133 unused FREE submissions which is unavailable! :(

is there anyway to use them with free submission?

    Hi,

We understand. Since this can happen when everything is still new we are happy to reset the counter for you so that you can use your regular submissions.

If you have already replaced the secured links with the regular links, you should no longer have any SSL submissions being made.

Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Aw.. thanx a million! That worked just fine...

but as i searched the forums for this issue i found there are many users facing this problem. isn't there any automatic way to switch to non-ssl when the ssl submissions are full instead of shutting down the whole account?!

    Hi ilsf,

You are more than welcome for the assistance offered. Sorry to say but once any of the account monthly limit (SSL, Payment or Regular) has been reached, it will not automatically switch to the submission type that has available amounts. All submissions made after one of the monthly limit have been reached would have been held until the following month when all monthly limits have been refreshed.

If you would like to increase your monthly limit for all your submission types, you would have to explore our upgrade packages available. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
