    E-mail notification does not get delivered

    E-mail notification does not work - I do not receive any notifications when a form has been submitted. Has tried to delete and recreate the function without any luck.

     

    Did inform about this issue last week but have not received any replies from you

    Hi Jacob,

    I see that you have opened a thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/491534-E-mail-notification-does-not-work, but it was replied to by my colleague.

    As she has mentioned, you email is not on our bounce list and email records show that you are being sent the emails:

    Now, seeing that her reply was sent to you and that there are test submissions being sent, the emails are most likely being placed in your spam / trash / bulk folders on your webmail account or your email clients, so I would suggest to check them.

    Now, looking at the "ny taps" notifier, I see that you are using a different email in it. Do note that the test emails are not sent to any other emails besides the email associated with your account.

    If you think that it all looks good, you would need to make a test submission in order to have the custom emails receive the emails.
