I am experiencing some problems receiving the form I made. I have configured 'Sender e-mail: email@example.com' and my email firstname.lastname@example.org as the receiver. I have read a lot of support pages and I can't seem to solve this.
I also tried with another e-mail account I have to receive the e-mail but I was unsuccessful.
Can you help me find out what is wrong?

I can see that your email is not on the bounce list and your forms are active. I found out that you are using a guest account here in JotForm. Please try to sign up for a free account.
The screenshot that you posted shows that the notifications settings are configured correctly.
It also shows on our mail logs that the submissions went on successfully.

Please check your spam folder, it is possible that the notifications went there.
