    Form Designer opens white pages instead of jotforms

    Hello,

     

    I'm not sure if theres something wrong with the "Designer" but when I clicked into it and try to change my designs its a blank page. I'm unable to redesign my layout.

    Hi,

    Thank you for letting us know of this issue.

    We were looking at this just few moments ago and it seems that it is happening to some people on some browsers so I will raise this to our developers for inspection.

    As soon as there is an update in regards to this we will update you about it through this thread.

    I would suggest however to try to open the jotform in Form Designer in both FireFox and Chrome and see if either of them works for you.

    (I was directed here from Twitter by Jotform Support) We are experiencing the same issue in Firefox and Chrome.

    Hi,

    Please try to see if the issue is still in effect.

    I have been told that the issue should be resolved and have been confirmed to be working for my colleagues that were experiencing the same.

    Our developers will update the thread as well once they make all of their checks to confirm that the issue has been fully resolved.
