Form with Spacer widget: Not able to submit form. It just says Please wait...

    Form will not submit - says please wait but never submits.

    Hello mBaum,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having.

    The issue seems to be caused because of the "Spacer" widget you have added. Removing the widget and adding it again seems to have resolved the issue. I was now able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
