Email notifications are not being received

    Emails to confirm and notify of form submissions are not being sent from our form. Submissions are being received and accessible when we login directly to Jotform.net.

    Hi,

    I took a look at your jotform and it seems that you were sending emails through your own email. Can you please change it to noreply@jotform.com instead and see if you get the email notification to your inbox?

    It worked yesterday. Why not today?

    Hi Trish,

    We can not see direct issue at hand, which is why I suggested switching to noreply@jotform.com instead. This would allow us to see if you are receiving the emails from there or not, suggesting that the issue is caused because the emails headers.

    If you are not receiving it in either case, that would give us further details and help us resolve this issue.
