HI, users are seeing a blank screen after submitting. Can we fix?

    Users see a blank screen after submitting our form 'Employment Application'.  As a result, they are submitting the form 3-4 times before they see the acknowledgement email.\

     

    Is there a problem with the form settings?  Please let me know.

    I see that the thank you page is set to custom URL http://www.morganandyork.com/pages.php?pageid=14 which is displaying the following message after submitting the JotForm.

    HI,  users are seeing a blank screen after submitting Screenshot 20

    Please verify this URL and correct if necessary to resolve the issue. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
