Why has my account gone over quota when I still have some submissions left?

    please advise! & form disappeared on the page

    So I see you are wondering why your form has disappeared from your page showing that you have gone over quota?

    I went to check on this for you but it currently appears that you upgraded to Premium to resolve the situation from your end quickly.

    Additionally, after investigating this problem some more I think it may have been a minor bug because I do see you only have 48 submissions so far and we could've fixed for you. Other then that though, I'm not finding any possible issues that would've caused it.
