Form not working correctly when it's embedded on my website

    So I have my my form.  I told users not to use Chrome because the form was not working properly with Chrome.  

     

    The two I tested that were working the best work Internet Explorer and Firefox.  

     

    Now, my users cannot get past the first page on either.   The NEXT button does not work.

     

    Please help.

    Please try to re-embed your form using the iframe code instead.
    There are some script conflicts in your website that may be preventing your form to work correctly.

    That was a huge help.   I have it working in Chrome, Explorer, Safari and Torch and Firefox.
