Can I set the Input text color?

Asked by norm27 on August 13, 2010 at 05:39 AM

Hi there! Can I set the input text color that is, when a user fills in the form?

Secondly, can it be set independently from the overall form font color?

Thanks for an awesome platform btw.

No, it is not possible to change the input text color on the form builder. You might be able to do it using CSS. To do that, get full form source code, open it on your favorite HTML editor and change the input text colors on it.

To get full form source code, open your form on the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "Full Source Code".

Thanks for a speedy response-  I'm also trying to create semi-transparent text fields.  What would be the best way to go about it?  Thanks again!

Same, it is not possible to change that on the form builder. You will need to copy the full source code to your web site and use CSS to accomplish that.
