Where it says if orientation is filled and thickness is filled show sizing. This is not working in chrome or safari, and it has our whole order process shut down. I tried deleting the condition and recreating it and it still isnt working

Our apologies, but it's working fine here. I've tried viewing it using Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari, though I'm using Windows PC. Here's a screenshot:
Try to clear your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache then clear your browser's cache too. Let us know if that resolves the issue or not.

I am also using a winows pc.
So I have cleared my forms cache and my browsers cache and I even re-embeded the form in my site, this was working fine for months and nothing has changed on the website. http://www.stretchandstaple.com/#!canvas-prints/c1fqx url for where problem is occurring although on my computers it is occurring from both this url and the native jotform one that I gave earlier. I have also had several customers call in with this same complaint and we have no new submissions today and we average several a day.

Let me submit this thread to our developers. They should be able to check what's causing this problem to happen. This could be a regional issue since it's working fine here.
Just one thing you should check and I think, fix it, is the image URL's. You are using a secure form, therefore, you should also use a secure URL for your images. Otherwise, you will see a non-secure error message to the form.
This would affect users from properly loading your form so that's important. Just change "http://i.imgur.com/2N9bj25.png" to "https://i.imgur.com/2N9bj25.png".

Hi, yes as my colleague said, avoid using unsecured resources under a secured page.
This would lead to very big problem, sometimes the browser will block any unsecured content when loaded via secured page.
Problems on the widget should be fixed now - when working with conditions.
Also, could you try to follow the guide posted from here http://www.jotform.com/answers/496376. There is a post there that will guide you to use the iFrame embed type instead of the basic script embed type. Script embed is somehow buggy when it comes to secured page. Please try to convert using the iframe embed.
After those, please let us know your findings.

It was iframe embeded but i dropped the script tags as well, the problem is with the conditional logic. I was able to get the sizing to show, but none of the rest of the conditional logic is working now.

I took the image picker widget out in this example http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50155672690962
and the logic works, but in the forms with the image picker widget the logic doesn't work.
The problem is it is literally two days of work to reset all of those conditions, and I need the visuals to help people.

The form feels a bit slow, but conditions seems to be working.
Can you please explain which conditions are not currently working properly?
- stretchandstapleAnswered on January 16, 2015 at 04:07 PM
try it in firefox.

I cleared my cache and it seems to be working although the condition for showing sizing still isn't working, but it is just showing it which will work for now.
