Is it possible to seamlessly* replace a Google Form with a Jotform (With Respect to an Existing SpreadSheet/Data Set)

Buckle your seatbelt, Here we go.

We have an existing Data Set in a large Google Sheet.

This sheet has multiple Tabs that use multiple formulas.

All of our Data came from Google Form Submissions.

We would like to replace our Google Form with a JOTFORM

                             1. We have already created the replacement JOTFORM with the EXACT-Verbatim questions.

Is it possible to have the new submissions integrate with our existing Data Set?

We don't mind having to create a new sheet, in order to keep the old data. But we would definitely like to have the new submissions from the Jotform deposit into the existing data set.

    Thank you for contacting us.

This is not possible to connect JotForm based form to existing Google Spreadsheet using our JotForm -> Google Spreadsheet integration.

How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet

However, you might consider integrating your JotForm based form to Google Spreadsheet, so you will automatically receive a brand new spreadsheet. Then, you can manually copy your old data to the new spreadsheet. You will have your old data on the spreadsheet, and the new data will be automatically populated.

Note, that the spreadsheet is being reset to default format if you change the form (add questions). So if you update the form, you will need to copy/paste your old data and add the changes once again.

Alternatively, it might be possible to setup JotForm -> Zapier -> Google Spreadsheet integration to update your current spreadsheet. Although, I have not tested this option with long forms, and it might be hard to set up.

Add JotForm Submission to Google Docs Row
