    Hi Ben,

    You're welcome!

I do need some more help.

I'm trying to set-up my e-mail notifications again so I can receive my Jotfroms in my e-mail box to respond to. They seemed to have gotten changed.

I had them pointing to form@bargaincellular.net

If you can help me, I once again would truly appreciate.

I've checked your forms and noticed that the "Bargain Cellular Inquiry" form doesn't have an email notification configured in it and this is why you're not receiving any email notification when this form is submitted.

Please create an email notification on this form and let us know if this fix the issue.
    Thank you.

    Hello Raul,

I did try to create an e-mail notification with ( form@bargaincellular.net ) but it would not save.

    Maybe you can try it.

    Hello Raul,

I just added the information again to e-mail notifications and it seems to keep now.

Can you please see if I did the settings right.

Also, do I need to reinstall the scripts on my page?

    I appreciate your help,

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

You have indeed done the email configuration correctly. But I noticed you have created 2 notifications on Bargain Cellular Inquiry form. If you meant to create only one notification, you can delete the other one.

    Here's how:

About your second question, you don't need to change your script embed code. It should update automatically since email notifications are saved in your form DB on the server not within the embedded form source code.

    Thanks!
