Unable to access my account

    I have not been able to access my account for a few days now.  I thought it may have been a problem with my computer but wonder now if it is more serious than that.


    I am collecting information to organise a trip to Laos for a school (Discover College in Hong Kong)  and wonder if the nature of the data has caused you to flag my account?


    I know the jotform is being used by the parents as I am receiving the notifications, but I am worried because I cannot access the information now. 


    My account is educationalexcursions@gmail.com (but my new email address is admin@educational-excursions.com)


    I hope all is ok.  Please let me know what I need to do to get access again,

    Hi Jon,

    Thank you for your message. I do not see any problem with your JotForm account. I was also able to send a test submission using your form.

    If you're having difficulties logging in to your JotForm account, I have sent you a separate email message with instructions on how to reset your password. Use the username educationalexcursions .
