Any form is accessible to any country. As for receiving the notification and autoresponder emails, they are sent right after the form is submitted. Most problems are caused by the receiving servers, sometimes they are validating our emails and eventually blocked from accessing the recipient's inbox. If receiving the email takes time to your end, then I would advise adding us to your server whitelist: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
As for the autoresponder, if email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org give your submitters a problem, especially if they are using a custom address, try adding your own address as the sender email. You can use either of the following methods:
