Not Receiving Email Notifications From Form

    I also created a form for a client and though it appears to work, they are not receiving the notice that someone filled out their contact form.

    Upon checking this link that you shared, I see that the form is associated to a different account, the account username jsstone. It would be better if you can log in to jsstone and request assistance for this issue.
