1) How can I permanently delete a column?
2)After adding a column and drop down items how can I add more options to the drop down list?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can permanently delete your added column by clicking the dropdown beside it, and then clicking the delete column button. You may refer to my screenshot:
About your second inquiry, I created a separate thread to avoid confusion with the current question, you may check my answer here. For now, kindly give my suggestion a try and let us know how it goes.

Delete column is not an option in my drop down.

Thanks for getting back to us. Looking at your screenshot, it appears that the column you are trying to delete is a form field and not manually added. You can only delete a column if it was added manually. If you want to delete the column, you will need to delete the form field.
