Set row titles in Data Grid table

I have a matrix with different fields requiere for each colum of the table. I would like to input a different option for each colum of the matrix. Is it possible?

Example:

Name          ID                 Date of Birth

__________________________________

Name 1      Number 1        Date 1

Name 2      Number 2        Date 2

Thank you for contacting us for support. I am more than happy to help out. Sorry to say but I am not exactly clear as to what it is that you are trying to accomplish with this form. If my assumptions are correct, you would like to have row titles for each of your columns? I did some checks in respect of that and I did not any any widget that supports your request.
