Multiple Image upload - cutting off rest of form after one image uploaded

Asked by jackn22 on January 15, 2015 at 09:52 AM

We're trying to allow customers to upload 4 images from the same form using the image upload preview widget. We've changed the height of the form to 5000px but as soon as you upload an image you lose the rest of the buttons to do it from. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi jackn22,

I was able to upload all four documents to your form. All elements of the form was still showing when the files were added. There is extra space at the end to indicate that the frame can be smaller.

Please try to clear your browser cache and attempt to load the form once again.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

5000px is too long. Use the original height. Is it a problem when using Mac OS or Windows PC or is it both?

You could also try doing it this way to make it shorter: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50152431156949.

Can you please provide us with the type of browser and the version of the browser that you are currently using.

My test in the Chrome browser does not produce the same result that you are experiencing.
