Unable to receive notification email

    I have 2 forms with you. One goes to my email the other is not.

     

    please help me

    Hello,

    Your email is not on the bounce list. I checked the email notifications and it shows that the settings are configured correctly.

    The mail logs show that the submissions were sent successfully.
