Unable to receive notification email

    I have 2 forms with you. One goes to my email the other is not.

     

    please help me

    Hello,

    Your email is not on the bounce list. I checked the email notifications and it shows that the settings are configured correctly.

    The mail logs show that the submissions were sent successfully.

    Please check your spam folder. You can try whitelisting Jotmail IP addresses as well.
