    I know how this is done. I am trying to get a signature field or text field inside the "general terms and definitions" text box.

    Parent Authorization and Assumption of Risk and Release Agreement

    General Terms and Definitions

    I desire that (student name) ______________________________ (hereinafter the “Child”) participate in the home stay program (hereinafter “the Program”) administered by American Ho...

    HI,

    You can use Free Text (HTML) field to insert words in between textboxes. Shrink all fields, textbox and free text alike, by right-clicking on the field and choosing "Shrink".

    You can then place the free text fields beside the textboxes.

    To remove the label for the textboxes:

    1.  Click Label Align button then choose Top

    2.  Inject this custom css to your form:

    .form-label-top {
    display:none;
    }
    label[class=form-label-top] + div {
    padding-top: 10px !important;
    }

    To inject custom css:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences button
    3.  Choose Form Styles tab
    4.  Copy and paste the css code in the Inject Custom CSS textarea

    Check out this sample form to see this workaround in action.

    We also have several signature widgets, they may not appear as you would like but they are quite functional:
