As far as I know, I am not using any SSL forms under the free plan, but have been told I am up to my 10 SSL per month limit? How do I find out what is using up the SSL quota of forms. It is weird as I don't have the form embedded anywhere and it is just accessed through the standard non SSL Jotform web link?

This is a re-post of a comment on How do I receive SSL Submissions?

    Hi myfrei,

If the SSL direct link is being used to fill out the form, it will be counted as a SSL submission. The link would be considered the secure link if it has https or secure.jotform at the beginning of the forms URL.

If someone was provide with the secure link, if they continue to access that link it is counted as SSL submission. If you are not certain who maybe accessing the form through the secure link, the best option would be to clone your form. You would then disable the current form and provide person with the non-secure direct link to the cloned version.

I am currently seeing that you have 9 SSL submissions, as you are currently on the free plan, the limit is 10. I have reset your SSL submission back to zero, please note that this can only be done once per account.

I hope this helps, please inform us if we can assist you with anything further.
