Not all options are showing on Notifications

    Hi - I have 4 room options available on this form. All are visible on the form but on both the Notification and the Autoresponder two of the options answers are missing and not available for selection from the menu on the right.

    Could you let me know how I can include these fields and also is there a way to only show the selected field in the email replies. Thanks

    It seems to me that changes were made to the form after the email alerts and condition were created. (Have you noticed that the condition isn't working? The "Guest Name 2" field remains hidden, regardless of what is selected in the "Room requirements" field.) My advice is to delete all of them and replace with new ones. Incidentally, the {roomRequirements} tag will show just the choice made by the user while hiding the other selections in that field.

    As to having only the answered fields displayed in the email replies, this is not currently possible, although it has certainly been requested often.
