Is it possible to have 3 things done upon 1 click?

Asked by newworldvolunteer on April 16, 2010 at 05:31 PM
I have created a form for donations in which the form user can optionally enter their name, email and a message.  Below that is the box for donation amount and then the submit button.  The submit button does redirect to paypal, as it should, but doesnt seem to be submitting the text entered.  Maybe it is, I just dont know.  I am basing it off the fact that I created an auto-responder to send an email message thanking them for the donation.  The response utilizes their name and donation amount.  Is this a possibility through JotForm?

BTW, love the new interface!  Great JOB!

    Hi Dave,
In the new version the emails are sent only after the payment is completed. On the old version they were sent right after posting the form and people did not like this since they were receiving an email for a payment that was not complete and maybe never will be completed. So, we changed it that. But we will re-check it to make sure that emails work fine with the donations.
