Combine multiple form submissions into one report

    We have 7 forms that each have a core set of common questions (e.g., name, address, phone, etc.) We would like a single report that shows this data in a grid, adding a column that identifies the form name that the respondent used. The forms were made by different people, so field names differ in some cases, such as one form uses "PhNbr" and another uses "Phone" as the label for the main phone number. We plan to both download the report for Excel and post it to a web page.
