    As you can see on my webpage below the width of the form is cut off.  The final text box and sub text under lines are cut off:

    I tried adjusting the form width and it changes in jotform, btu not on my website.  Can you please tell me where the problem is?

    looking at your form embed code.

    You have it stuck in a table nest.

    </td></tr>
      <tr><td><font face="Arial" size="2" color="Tan"><script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12710029256"></script></font></td></tr>
      <tr><td></td></tr>
      <tr><td></td></tr>
      <tr><td></td></tr>
      </table>

      </TD></TR>
      </TABLE>

    Its very difficult unravelling this method of formating elements on a webpage. As a start, is it possible for you to get the embed code out of that table its in..? i.e after the  </table> tag?

    I thought we worked this out, but it's still cutting off the form now that we've added more fields.  I don't have access to the main source since it's a htrid party that does that site.  Any other options?

    Like my colleague fxr, the main issue is regarding to the layout , so the HTML code of the page itself is involved on this issue .

    I am afraid to say that unless you have full acces to edit the main source, you won't be able to make the form to display the text box the right way

    So what sould I tell those with access?  In tech speak, what exactly do I need to ask them to do so that I can set the form width?

    Is there any way for you to add this CSS code to your website?

    table#Table5 tbody tr td table tbody tr td{

    width:500px;

    }

    Just make it sure you have added this under <style type="text/css"> code. This should increase the td width that controls your form. See if this helps. Thanks.
