Quick Tools: Time Formatting

I am working on a form, and it was brought to my attention that the "Quick Tools:  Time" feature only has time in increments of 10. Is there a way to add the quarter hours too (15, 45)? I found other widgets that offer this, but they are in 24 hour time and that does not work well for what I need it for. I have attached a screenshot of what I'm looking at. Thank you!

Click on the gear icon, then on Show Properties, look for the "Minute Stepping" option to change that setting:
