Is there a way to add a button/link so that once the contract/form is submitted the client is promoted to print a copy
or have a copy emailed to them if they choose? Thanks!

    Hello Carly0826,

We can only answer one question per thread. I have moved your question related to print button to a new thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/497274

Coming back to your question related to sending a email to the client: Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the options available:

#1. If you want to send submission data to be emailed to your client every time client submit the form, you need to just add a "Form Autoresponder" email alert in your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

#2. If you want to send submission email to client only IF they choose, you need to add "Form Autoresponder" email alert and also add a condition to check if the client choose to receive email. I have already explain you on how to add auto responser email alert in point #1. The following guide should help you on how to send conditional email:  http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

To modify the email body to include the header and the rest of information you would need to make those changes yourself through your email body screen. While you will not be able to add the same fields you have on your jotform it should allow you to add all text and images that you want.

Do let us know if you need any assistance setting it up like that.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
