We have install Static Html Tab on our facebook page , now please inform how to do settings in Static Html Tab

Also inform how to Add another form in our facebook page and that form should also be with Static Html Tab.

    Hi,

Please check the discussion on this thread  -Facebook-tab-not-available-accesible-to-mobile-devices

If my understanding of your inquiry is correct, you must be having issue also on the FB tab on mobile device -- which actually is NOT supported by FB itself.

In the thread I mentioned, our colleague Welvin have suggested an alternative to have links when using mobile device.

Hope this help. Please inform us if I misunderstood your requirement and this is not the solution.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Can you please also check that your Facebook page permission is published.

    Check how to here https://www.facebook.com/help/255700674532721

When I tried checking your FB page, it was asking me to login first

So most probably it is not public published.

Let us know if still not resolve.

    Thanks.

    Hello  jonathan,

I just checked my facebook page from mobile and desktop and its opening with out log in id and password, why problem is coming at your end? its making me worried , can you please to see my page from desktop computer with out loggin in.

I have asked facebook about this issue, but i still wonder why problem not coming on my end.

Attach picture of my page settings,

Now back to mobile app opening, well i never used facebook from mobile always using from desktop computer from Thunderpenny.com general help i get to know that App Tab not available for mobile ursers, you just have to give mobile users the website link, correct me if i am wrong.

Now Jot form can be directly opened from mobile, why go to static html or  Thunderpenny.com for that? please clarify me this question.

    Hi majmer,

Thunderpenny was designed to merely share contents via tabs on Facebook through a window (iFrame). The use of this app would make it easier for desktop users to view any content through Thunderpenny without navigating from Facebook. Since tabs are not accessible on mobile devices, this feature would not be of use to mobile device owners until further updates are made to the Facebook app. These apps were designed to easily share forms and other contents on Facebook without making the user navigate to another site.

In relation to your page viewing, you are the owner of your account and your computer was configured to automatically log you in once you access the Facebook website. This is the reason why you are not having a problem viewing your page.

You should click Edit for the option that says Page Visibility and ensure that your page is set to be open to the public.

You can view this guide:  https://www.facebook.com/help/184605634921611

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
    Sean

    Hello Sean,

I clearly mentioned in my earlier reply and that without log in i try to access my facebook page and i can see it properly.

From my HTC Andriod Mobile phone i can see my page with out log in , can you please try to see my facebook from some another mobile and from desktop computer, just for testing , so my worries are over.

Now to wrap up things , please confirm that from all Mobile Phones that the form i created on jotform can be access through Mobile Internet Browser and can be filled properly ON MOBILE. please confirm this?

Now my jot form url is to big so i have shorten the link , from http://bit.do/  (is this company reliable ? , now best part in bit.do is it have custom link , so i can make my link what ever i want.

please confirm is shorten link http://bit.do/StandardOrderForm , going to work on mobile if i give it to customers?

    Hi majmer,

Sorry for the misinterpretation earlier. I checked your Facebook page without logging into my account on both desktop and mobile devices (via Browser) and I was able to view the page and all its contents. So I am happy to say that issue has been resolved.

I tried your shortened link on both Android and iOS devices and it appears that everything is in order. All your fields were properly displayed and there were no error upon submission.

I did a review check on Bit.do and they are considered one of the best websites that provides link shortening service at this time. So base on the most recent review, you are in good hands. I hope this helps. Feel free to get back to us if additional assistance is needed.

    Cheers!
