Form won't embed on website

    Hi,

     

    I tried using your Embed code, and I also tried the Wordpress embed plugin but both are pulling through errors when trying to retrieve the data from your server and giving the following in the Developer Console:

     

    so that I can embed the form?

    Hi Thom,

    It will help us provide you with appropriate suggest/solution if you can also share to us the URL of the website where you have embedded the form. We need to check also the actual embedded form on the website.

    For initial troubleshooting option, can you please try also re-embedding the form on your website using its iframe embed code.
