I have set it up so that the form is automatically sent to a building principal when I submit. I must have one of the addresses wrong. How can I edit the address

I see you have updated your jotform while trying to get it to send to a new email address.
To make sure that this has been done properly first I would like to point out that this is all done via your email notifications which is found under Emails >>> Notification >>> Reply-to and Recipient Settings in your formbuilder.
Be Advised that when you change it to a different address do not use the "Test Email" button as that will only send to your JotForm Account email address since it is populated into your jotforms by default when they are first created. To test the new email address more accurately you must fill in a submission on your live jotform and submit it to yourself.
