On my "My Forms" page I have sorted by last submission and it's showing like 2 pages worth of last submissions for yesterday. We get a few per day tops so this was a red flag for us. So I start trying to look at them and some of them show last submission as Jan 15 but there are no new unread items. So I click anyway and the date shown is past date, but not Jan 15.
Can someone have a look at this for me?

I had a look at your account and I can confirm that the most recent submission date does not match that of the most recent submission. Most of the ones your referenced in your image have the most recent submission from 2013.
I have forwarded this to our development team so that they may have a closer look. We will update you in this thread as soon as we have a solution. Thank you for your patience.

You are very welcome. Usually, simply clearing your forms cache fixes these types of issues:

Did we ever get an answer on this? It seems to be working ok now, but we are having all kinds of email issues in our office and I need a reliable way to check on our forms.

It's doing it again. I tried clearing my forms as recommended above and it didn't change anything. We are not allowed to use our personal cell phones and we don't have company phones so apps don't help. also, browser notifiers don't help we get notified via email.
We had issues with receiving our email so occasionally I would check here to make sure we didn't miss anything. I can't do that if the information isn't correct. I'm not sure what the answer is at this point.

My apologies. This ticket was still open from the previous time this occurred so I sent a comment to the developer it was assigned to so he can have another look. We didn't follow up previously because it had seemed to sort itself out. We will let you know as soon as we have any further information.

Yeah it did seem to stop after that one date but I just noticed it again, so it's sporadic. Thanks for taking a look!
