Unable To Receive Email Notifications

    Hi, I've been receiving the forms to my email without a problem until yesterday.  Been running tests and it shows sent and I can see them at the inbox of Jot Form but still not receiving to my email.

    Upon checking your form, I see one of your notification has missing fields on it. If it's just a duplicate, I would recommend you delete it instead.


    I've also check your email address and it does not seem to show any failed email attempts in our server. Please check your inbox if it was moved to a trash or spam folder. Another is that your email service provider might have been blocking our JotMail IP addresses, you can check this guide on how to whitelist our IPs: How To Whitelist JotMail IP Addresses
