We have received numerous calls/emails today about our form not working. It worked up until now and no changes have been made. The form shows up on our Facebook page but if you fill it out and hit SUBMIT, it just says "FORM CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE."

It seems that you have set a Form limit to receive only 100 submissions and since you have already reached this limit you are receiving this message. You may edit this limit if you want by clicking on Preferences while in form Edit mode and then Form Limits tab on the new window.
