What is the maximum file size for upload

The maximum file size can be uploaded to a JotForm is 1GB. However, please be noted that free users are allotted with a storage space of 100MB only. Any files uploaded exceeding to this limit will disable the JotForms in the account. For taking advantage of more storage space/more submissions/payments you may consider upgrading to a paid subscription from our pricing page.
