New email in email notifications does not get the email, only the old one does.

    also I added a new email to my notifications but I keep on getting notification on my old businesses email. I've tried changing it but no luck.

    Hi Harrison,

    Could you please give us the link to the jotform?

    I was only able to find your 2 guest accounts, both without any jotforms in them.

    Once we know more, we could be able to check what could be the issue.
