Why are my forms offsetting my text and images?

I had the popups on this page correct back in October, recently I checked them again and found that the text was offest and no matter how much I tinkered with it i can't get it to fit into the window space any longer. I even re-did one of the text forms as an image and uploaded it, but it too is offset as well, though not as bad as the others. Please help in any way possible, thanks.

You need to increase the width in order to avoid that, simply go get your LightBox code again, and increase the W to 700: 

Then click on Preview:

I did that and while it looks fine in the preview it is still bad on the squarespace site, I just want these little lightboxes to work man, is it a problem with squarespace 7 or you guys?

If you are just trying to have an image pop up in a lightbox in your Squarespace page, maybe using a form is not the best solution.  They do have the ability to add lightbox image popups to your page. 

David, I really need it to pop up from a hyperlink, not jsut a smaller thumbnail of the same image. Would it be possible to pin down problem as a change jotform has made or something that squarespace has done since they moved to squarespace 7?

I am fairly certain we have not made any changes to the way our Lightbox embed works.  If it was working in your Squarespace page prior to their most recent update, I would say it has something to do with changes made on their end.  Changing the dimensions of the lightbox as my colleague suggested still worked in my test page and did not cut off any of my test form.

I did a bit more looking and this does appear to be something new with squarespace 7.  I was unable to find any issues with version 6 pertaining to the lightbox popup.  If you end up with any information from squarespace on a fix, please let us know so we can apply it on our end.

Are there any updates on the problems with the lightbox and Squarespace 7?
