Form not being displayed in mobile device.Asked by Harrison on January 18, 2015 at 07:56 PM
I followed the instruction that were given to me earlier about "checking the make responsive" box after creative the forms. I did that to all six forms, clicked saved and then got the codes for wordpress site.
I then built a tester site on weebly.com and published it. When the site in converted to mobile mode the forms do not show up at all. when I click on desktop view forms work.
What am I doing wrong? link of the site below please use mobile to view the issue.
Mobile site saved thanks
I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Your form is being displayed correctly in my mobile device. Please check the screenshot below:
Please let us know your wordpress web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. Which embed code you have used to embed your form in wordpress? I would suggest you to use "Wordpress Plugin" or "iFrame embed code". The following guides should help you:
iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
We will wait for your response.
It's not working on mobile devices (apple) at www.adelaideletterboxdistribution.com.au - I have used your wp integration plugin...still not working
