    Server not found error message on direct form URL.

    I am having the SAME issue - with a wedding form - and I'm sending the direct link to the jotform - would be interested in the answer to this.

    Hi,

    Your form seems to be working normally just fine as of checking. I don't see any issues. Check the following screen.

    Do you still encounter this problem? Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and see if it helps? I have also performed a clear cache with your forms here as well. Please let us know if you continue to see this error on your side.

    I get an error that says INVALID CONFIGURATION

     

    AND THE WHOLE THING IS LOST - I have a bride who is annoyed because she spent time answerinfg the whole thing and then lost it when the submission didn't go through.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your wedding form, I'm unable to replicate the problem that your customer had.

    I would recommend that you enable your form's auto fill feature so that your user's can continue filling out the form without losing the original data input earlier.     Regarding the error, if it is possible, can you ask the customer what device and browser she is using? We can further investigate by then. We'll wait for your response.
