Hello,
I would like to have an image map on my form so patients can click an area of pain which would trigger questions specific to that area. I have created an image with google draw with a sample link area and published it on a google site. I was able to embed it on my site and it works but the links do not work when I embed it on jotform...is there any way to do this?
The form is http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50170118794959?
my website with the test page is http://www.mybackcracker.com/test

Hi,
Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible. The closest workaround is to use our Draw on Image widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/draw_on_image. Add the image to the widget so patients can draw to it.
Example: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50182151280949.
Then add your questions or fields below the widget for them to fill in.
Thanks

You can adjust the width and the height to fit your image by changing the values shown in the screenshot below.
I've cloned the second form that you have, and this is how it looks like in my end: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51871040347956?. If you need further assistance on this, please let us know.
