    I have composed an order, contact/pay for with you for inclusion onto my website built with IM Creator site builder.

    The preview URL is http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50181470959359

    How to I get that onto my Order page on the site builder please. I have tried to enter the Jotform ID on the template basic form as per IM Creator instructions but nothing happens.

    Many thanks

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

    Have you checked this guide on how to add JotForms in IM creator? If you haven't, please do visit this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/219-How-to-Add-Forms-to-IMCreator

    For a quick guide, I would recommend that you use the iFrame code under the "Embed Forms" option.

    Copy the iFrame code and paste it under your HTML editor/settings. Please do take note that you need to remove the <script> code associated with it, the <iframe> code should be the only one in your HTML editor in IM Creator.

    Below in blue hightlight should be the only one in your HTML editor/settings.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/50183326104949" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:509px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    The pink highlight below should be removed.
    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;case "collapseErrorPage":if (iframe.clientHeight > window.innerHeight) {iframe.style.height = window.innerHeight + "px";}break;case "reloadPage":window.location.reload();break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Let us know if you need more assistance on this.

    Thank you.
