    Email notifications are no longer being received

    not receiving emails anymore. I also forwarded it to myself from jotform website and did not receive it

    I can not receive emails to my aol and Comcast accounts. I did receive it on another private email server. I checked all the spam folders. It has been working great for over a year now then all of a sudden I am having problems.

    I took a look at the email logs and I can see that all emails are being sent to both accounts.

    Now I took a look and I see that you are conditioning the emails, while the email is also set to be sent to both emails.

    I would remove the conditions and only leave the emails as they are and make a test then to see if it works properly for you or not.

    If not, please make sure that they are not ending up in the spam, trash or bulk folders, but do check your webmail account and your email clients as well, since each of them could be sending them there.

    Once found, do mark them as not spam/junk and you should be receiving them into your inbox once again.
