How To Retrieve Deleted Submission

Sorry to say but once submissions are deleted, they are removed from our servers. Lucky notifications are being sent to your email with the same information as that of the submission report (unless configured to do otherwise). Hopefully, you did not delete the email for that specific submission and if you have downloaded a report recently you can check there to see if the submission is available. I hope you locate that submission. Feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
